Farshine official document transfer and exchange intellectual management system is a papery official document transfer and automatic track system initiated developed by Farshine company; the system consists of the following components: a kernel device, Farshine official document intellectual exchange box; and a suitable system management software; it is applied to official document transfer and exchange management department of governments of all levels, enterprises and public institutions.
